Yes, all our products come powder coated unless stated otherwise by yourself. However if your staircase has a turn, this will come as a separate piece that will be bolted together, all connection bolts will be included, this also helps with the installation process in complex designs.
A small section of wood or steel added across the width of the tread to close the gap between treads. (the gap must be less than 99mm)
As standard we build to English building regulations, if you have a different requirement please let us know. We will inform you of changes made to better suit regulations when drawings are sent out. If the only option for you is a non-compliant staircase, we will match the layout of the pre existing staircase in the property and provide drawings for approval via building control.
Yes! we have multiple connection options to suit, these can be adapted as needed. we have yet come across a project where we are unable to design a solution for a secure fixing point.
Yes very easy! all our products come with a step by step guide on how to install them. All our treads are routered out to suit the staircase so it's as simple as making sure it sits equal on the recess. and the handrailing is just as simple, just follow the instructions.
This is very dependant on your physical abilities however we find that using the appropriate manual handling equipment which is found at all hire company's it needs no more that 2-3 people to install a staircase or set of gates. railings and hand railing is normally a 2 person job.

Yes we can come do a site survey and this is required a fraction of the time however this does come at an additional fee. however over 90% of our customers are able to follow our simply step by step guide located on your editable PDF file to get accurate measurements which results with a simple installation process
Yes we are able to deliver across the UK, however some customer choose to collect their products from our premises.
Lead times vary from job to job, for example a straight single spine staircase comes with around a 4-5 week lead time and a more complex staircase which has multiple landings this can be up to 8 weeks. Lead times are on the shop when you purchase one of our staircases.
we guarantee all our products will fit and be what you wanted providing all the steps are followed and approval drawings on checked.
Yes please do, all our customers are able to come visit out premises and can come look at the processes involved with creating their staircase, gate or railings.
No all our timber treads and glass railings will be sent a week or so before your staircase is ready so you can ensure they all there ready for the big day!
