Every steel staircase begins with a detailed design and approval stage. Following purchase, customers receive a comprehensive design pack and approval drawings to review before manufacture begins. Production only commences once all details have been confirmed, ensuring complete accuracy and confidence in the final product.
All steel components are CNC-profiled and fabricated by our experienced in-house team. This controlled manufacturing process allows us to maintain consistently high standards across every staircase we produce.
All steel staircases are shot blasted to SA3 standard prior to finishing, ensuring optimal surface preparation and coating adhesion. Staircases are then professionally powder coated, providing a durable, hard-wearing finish suitable for long-term use. A wide range of powder coat colours is available to complement contemporary and architectural interiors.
All structural steelwork is manufactured in accordance with BS EN 1090-2:2009, ensuring compliance, traceability, and structural integrity.
We offer a range of balustrade options to accompany our steel staircases, including glass balustrades, steel railings, and alternative bespoke solutions. Every order includes detailed approval drawings and a step-by-step installation guide, suitable for professional installers or competent DIY installation.

Once your staircase has been purchased, you will receive a detailed PDF guide explaining how to take all required measurements. The document includes dedicated fields for entering your measurements, along with a section for any additional information you feel may be relevant. If you have any drawings or architectural plans, please email these to us at the same time for reference.

After checkout, you will receive a detailed design information pack by email. This PDF clearly explains all measurements and technical details we require to finalise your bespoke staircase design.
The guide includes step-by-step instructions, diagrams, and checkpoints to ensure measurements are taken accurately. You will also have the opportunity to provide any additional project notes or requirements for our design team to consider.
Once your information is returned, we complete the final staircase design and issue approval drawings for confirmation before manufacture begins.
