All our kit form buildings or mezzanine floors will arrive on 2 loads ready for assembly.
You will receive all Structural Steel, Galvanised Roof and Side Rails including Bolts, Full set of construction drawings along with all Anti-Sag bars, Wires and Bolt Boxes required.
Finally you will receive all Roof and Side cladding along with any Flashings, Fixings, Sealants, Doors and Gutters you have ordered.
You will receive all structural steel and galvanised C sections along with treads, hand railing and pallet access gates if required.
This will also include all assembly drawings, bolts and fixings required to complete the project.
Finally you will receive all your timber tough and groove flood boards on the next load.
We also offer full customer support and after sale support with all our kits from design to any questions regarding installation and warranties.

After checkout, you will receive a detailed design information pack by email. This PDF clearly explains all measurements and technical details we require to finalise your bespoke staircase design.
The guide includes step-by-step instructions, diagrams, and checkpoints to ensure measurements are taken accurately. You will also have the opportunity to provide any additional project notes or requirements for our design team to consider.
Once your information is returned, we complete the final staircase design and issue approval drawings for confirmation before manufacture begins.
No manufacture takes place until final designs are approved.
